School Councillors visit the Mayor in the Guildhall
On Thursday 11th May school councillors from Long Tower Primary School and Fountain Primary School got to meet the Mayor Mrs Sandra Duffy. They were given a tour of the Guildhall and were allowed to try on the mayor's chain of office. The school councillors also had a chance to sit in the council chamber. All the children had a great time and this was a special shared experience for the children from the two schools.
