Children in Longtower P.S celebrate world book Day
All of the children were invited to bring their favourite book to school. Children in years 5-7 were teamed up with children in year 1-4. The older children selected their favourite scene or extract from their favourite book and read it to their peered reading partner. the younger children then read their book to their peered reading partner. All of the children really enjoyed this activity listening to eac other.
