Pupils currently in Primary 6 wishing to transfer to Thornhill College in September 2021 will
be required to register for and take an Entrance Test. This test, in English and Mathematics,
may be taken in any one of the schools using the GL Assessment Test on Saturday 5th December
2020.
Parents must register their child for the college’s Entrance Test before 2pm on 9th October 2020.
A Registration Pack may be obtained in person from the college, or by writing to the college
enclosing a self-addressed, stamped A4 envelope or downloaded directly from the college
website: www.thornhillcollege.org.uk
The registration period will begin on 1st June 2020 and closes on 9th October at 2pm.
Registration for the Test is entirely the responsibility of the parent and NOT the primary school.
