The boys and girls from Primary 6 and Primary 7 had a special visitor in school today. To celebrate World Mental Health Day, Danny Quigley came to speak to the children. Danny explained to the children the importance of looking after their Mental Health and also how good levels of physical activity impact upon your mental health. Danny put the children through a workout, revealed his next challenge and answered questions from the children.
