As part of our Seismic Citizenship Programme delivered by W5 and the British Council, our P5 pupils journeyed to Belfast to present their building- HashTag Tower- to judges. Primary 5 pupils constructed the tower using paper straws and masking tape. The tower was required to be over 1 metre in height, withstand a rumbling earthquake and have a unique design.
We were delighted when our tower was announced the overall winner of the competition. Primary 5 were awarded ten sets of Snap Circuits which will be put to great use in our school.
